Next Tires Refund & Exchange Policy

Hello and thank you for shopping with Next Tires, where we pride ourselves in offering a simple, tire shopping experience. We work closely with our partners to make sure you receive: (i) only the products you purchased; (ii) in brand new condition. Because of this, and the hard costs incurred with the processing and shipment of tires, it is Next Tires’ policy that all sales are final.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact Next Tires Support at 1-800-713-4728 or support@nexttires.com. We will work with you to understand your concerns and find a quick and easy solution. If your order is eligible for a refund or exchange, Next Tires Support will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number and answer any questions you have regarding the NextTires.com Refund & Exchange Policy.

Manufacturer Warranties

Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, NextTires.com does not offer warranties on tires for sale, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Furthermore, we are not involved in (any part of) the decision, including judgement, made by the manufacturer, regarding replacement tire warranty claims.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, are sold with the warranty backed by the manufacturer, and extended to you, the tire buyer. If you have questions about filing a tire manufacturer’s warranty claim, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Specific tire warranty information may be found on the website of each tire manufacturer.

Refund & Exchange Requests

All requests for refund or exchange are reviewed on an individual basis. All approved returns are subject to inspection and final approval by a Next Tires Product Specialist.

All requests for refund or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, at which time, all sales are final. All approved refunds or exchanges must be returned for inspection within 14 days, at which time, all sales are final. Only unused, undamaged and uninstalled products, are eligible for refund or exchange.

Once approved returns are received, products will be inspected by a Next Tires Product Specialist. Please allow 7-10 business days, upon receipt, for review and inspection of returned products, before a decision on a credit or exchange is made.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:

(i) Sales of discounted, discontinued and special order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

(ii) Returned items must be undamaged and uninstalled, showing no signs of visible wear or use, to be eligible for credit or exchange.

(iii) Returned items shipped via FedEx or UPS are subject to shipping charges before credit.

(iv) Refused items will incur all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee before credit.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact Next Tires Support. We will report the error or damage to the shipper, and work with you and the shipper to arrange for delivery or replacement of products.
